It's a stainless steel pitcher. Not realy much to say other than it is a bit wider and shallower than some I looked at wich works well with my frother.
I've had this pitcher for over a year. I bought another pitcher this year and give it to my sister as a Christmas present. It works wonders every time. I use it every day and it is still shiny. Guess what. She loves it, too.
This is a very nice pitcher, worth the $$. I would recommend it for a small to medium sized espresso machine.
I make Cuban coffee, so this pitcher was perfect for my needs, a 6 cup espresso maker I got from Amazon also. The handle doesn't really get all that hot either.
This is exactly what I was looking for: a simple, classic frothing pitcher. The handle allows you to keep your fingers away from the pitcher while steaming so they don't get burned. It's nothing fancy, but it's well-made. It's easy to clean by hand or simply put in the dishwasher. This is a pretty large pitcher, but I like a decent amount of steamed milk in my lattes, so it works well for me. If you prefer less milk consider a slightly smaller one, unless you plan on making two at a time.
